Pricing
We open a personal account for every customer to monitor all services including Technical Support we provide over the phone or at our Pasadena location. Each service call is timed by a 15 minute increment. When we reach a two hour total we send out an invoice.
Pre-paid updates
The accounts opened to cover approved maintenance and updates can also be used to cover for your Technical Support needs. Whenever the pre-paid amount is used an invoice is sent with an Excel file showing all tasks in detail.

Please note that Pre-paid accounts cannot be used to cover new web site construction, new design creation or additional programming ( i.e. implementing a shopping cart is not an update but a new feature development ).
